Singapore International Arbitration Centre invites applications to join the Centre as:


We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our dynamic Strategy and Development team to support the management and organization of SIAC’s promotional and outreach activities.

Job responsibilities:

Support the conceptualisation, planning and execution of SIAC’s promotion and outreach activities
Organize SIAC and YSIAC events and conferences, both locally and overseas
Organize virtual, in-person and hybrid events
Handle all activities related to organization of event (including liaising with vendors, handling registration, managing exhibition booths, etc)
Prepare event budgets and business development plans
Produce event reports
Create and design event flyers, brochures and marketing materials
Assist with marketing reports and web-posts
Provide support in corporate communications matters
Undertake such other work as may be assigned by the CEO from time to time


Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications with relevant experience
Good events and time management skills
Experience running both in person and virtual events
Demonstrated skills in leading teams, good problem-solving skills, strong decision-making and stakeholder management
Both a good team player and strong contributor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
