SIAC’s Chief Executive Officer, Ms Lim Seok Hui, speaks at the CIArb 2013 International Arbitration Conference held in George Town, Penang, Malaysia on 23 August 2013. Ms Lim shared SIAC’s experience as the fastest growing arbitral institution based in Asia at a session titled “Leading Arbitral Institutions In Asia”. Mr Vivekananda N., SIAC’s Deputy Registrar and Head (South Asia), spoke at an earlier session on “Arbitration in Asian Super Powers: China and India”, in which he highlighted institutional measures to control costs and ensure enforceability of awards in relation to international arbitrations involving Indian and Chinese parties.
